R.A.D. PC'S Limited Warranty: 2-Year Parts, 3-Year Labor
Every PC built by R.A.D. PC'S LLC of Jacksonville, Florida ("we," "us") comes with this limited warranty for the original buyer ("you"). I'm Roland. I built your PC, and I'm the one who'll help you if anything goes wrong.
What's covered, and for how long
Coverage starts on the delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking.
- Parts: 2 years. If a part we installed fails from a defect under normal use, we'll repair it or replace it with the same part or an equal-or-better one. You pay nothing for the part.
- Labor: 3 years. This covers our workmanship (assembly, wiring, and cooling setup) and the labor to diagnose and swap a failed part. In year 3, after parts coverage ends, labor is still free, and if the failed part is still under its manufacturer's warranty, we'll handle that claim for you (see "After our parts coverage ends" below).
- First 30 days: if the PC arrives dead or a part fails within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it and pay shipping both ways.
This warranty covers the hardware we installed in the PC we sold you. We decide whether a repair or a replacement is the right fix, and we'll always explain why.
After our parts coverage ends
Many parts in your PC, such as graphics cards, SSDs, power supplies, and coolers, carry their own manufacturer warranties that run longer than ours. When our 2-year parts coverage ends, we'll help you claim on those manufacturer warranties. We'll identify the failed part and give you its serial number and purchase info, and while your 3-year labor coverage lasts, we'll do the part swap for free. Each manufacturer makes its own decision on claims, so we can't promise the outcome.
Upgrades don't void your warranty
Adding RAM or a drive, or having someone else upgrade your PC, does not void this warranty. We just don't cover damage the upgrade caused, or parts we didn't install.
What isn't covered
- Physical or liquid damage, such as drops, impacts, spills, bent pins, and cracked glass.
- Power surges and lightning. Please use a surge protector.
- Damage from crypto mining.
- Damage from overclocking, meaning manual CPU, GPU, or memory overclocking, voltage changes, and unofficial BIOS or firmware. Memory profiles (XMP/EXPO) and any settings we made before shipping are covered.
- Software, including Windows and other operating systems, drivers, viruses and malware, games, and apps. These aren't hardware defects, but our free email support can help (see below).
- Data. Please back up your files. A repair may require wiping the drive, and we're not responsible for lost files, games, or settings.
- Damage caused by parts we didn't install, or by an upgrade or repair someone else did.
Shipping damage is handled separately, not as a warranty claim. Photograph it, email us within 5 business days of delivery, and keep the box and all the packing for the carrier claim.
How to make a claim
- Email radpcsllc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of what's happening, and photos or a short video if you can. You can also call or text 904-450-2835.
- We troubleshoot with you first. Many problems, like a cable that came loose in shipping or a driver or BIOS setting, can be fixed by email or over the phone, with nothing to ship.
- If the PC needs to come back, we'll send you an RMA number. It's good for 14 days, so please ship within that window. We can't accept a package without an RMA number.
- Pack it well. Use the original box and foam if you have them, and leave all the parts installed. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box, insure the package for its full value, and ship it to: R.A.D. PC'S LLC, [RMA ADDRESS - PENDING]

Out-of-warranty repairs
After your coverage ends, or for anything the warranty doesn't cover, we can still fix it. Labor is $75/hour, plus parts and shipping. We quote you first, and nothing gets done or charged until you say yes.
No problem found
If we check your PC and find no hardware defect, or the problem isn't covered, there's a $50 diagnostic fee and you pay the return shipping. This applies at any time, including the first 30 days. We'll always tell you before we charge anything.
Free email tech support for as long as you own it
For as long as you own the PC, you get free email tech support at radpcsllc@gmail.com. While you're under warranty, that includes troubleshooting and repairs. After the warranty ends, it's advice and troubleshooting help, with parts and repair labor quoted separately. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Who's covered
This warranty and the free support are for the original buyer of the PC. They don't transfer if the PC is sold or given away.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
